Upper Shore Regional Council oversees three vibrant communities on Maryland’s Eastern Shore: Cecil County, Kent County, and Queen Anne’s County. The Upper Shore is situated between two major metropolitan statistical areas. Its location along I-95 and the Chesapeake Bay Bridge allows this region to act as a gateway to Eastern Maryland, Delaware, Philadelphia and New York from Maryland’s Western Shore, DC, and Virginia.
